Its a bit strange that it automatically creates credentials for outlook.office365.com. Great! The Mac Clients are working fine. I got bussines account, POP3/IMAP, connected to it (not Microsoft exchange ). On Windows 10, there is no Outlook entry displayed in the Credentials Manager, nothing to remove. During this time I have left Outlook on with the search for my account and the password prompt. I have been experiencing the same problem on Windows 10 with Outlook 2013. You don't have to recreate the profile after, nor restart Windows (Outlook, yes). Hi there,some time ago a user reported that his outlook keeps asking for his password several times a day. Outlook is up to date using windows update. I had a pop up again. He is using Windows 10 and Outlook 2019. When we entering the correct password, the password box showing up again. So far everything seems fine. Microsoft outlook keeps asking for credentials on every send/receive task.

I've tried to read the older posts in the forum, but I don't see any Outlook credentials in Credential Manager, or any of those AutoDiscover registry items. Outlook 2013 was configured to connect to our Exchange server. This thread is locked. It keeps coming back with the standard username/password pop-up window. Provide the most current version of the EnvironmentBackup.txt file so that we can see what's going on. (sorry for german screenshot). Closed the pop up that was asking for my password. Moved from: (Outlook.com | Email | Connecting to Outlook.com with apps and devices). I set up a testclient and have the same issue. I even had problems setting up the account as the automatic discovery couldn't set it up. Or, you are unable to create a profile. Forgot to mention it in my liste of things i have checked. Things i tried/checked: - checked DNS in intranet and internet- Running AutodiscoverTest within Outlook is working fine.- The Testconnectivity-Tool is working fine as well- I was also trying some registry Keys for changing the autodiscover behavior but nothing helps.- also tried to setup Outlook 2003, but the problem was the same- Setup an client in the domain and in a workgroup- I also read and tried a lot from other threads but so far nothing helpedBeside from that a short description of the environment. But Outlook is refusing to accept that. Describes an issue that causes you to be prompted for your password every time that Outlook 2016 or Outlook 2013 starts. Anyone ideas why this is happening? By clicking the “Cancel” button, the user can continue to work with Outlook, but after a while the window asking for the password pops up again (sometimes the user account may be locked at the same time).
