it was a company that you worked from home to do surveys and it was fun because you did not have any supervisor on your neck but they still monitored you once in a while. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. The call volume is lower but there is also outbound calling as part of your job.
The company doesn't want to ever stand still which is good in one way, but change for the sake of change is not good. There were very different customers depending on the project you were placed on. I like how it tries to be environmentally conscious and save on costs as much as possible. The reason I left the company is that I couldn't find a work-life balance with the night shift I have.

Working at Nielsen you wont see much multi-cultural people there.
They throw things at you with out explaining or training you properly. Remote jobs can be bad if you want to meet people in person. I would rate this one of the best places I've had the privilege to work!
The learning curve wasnt huge but we got to work on quite amazing projects. Lots of roles you can move into to shape an interesting career. great people and good management.

Great work life balance though when client deliverables are due, extra hours are normal.
