It’s so good. Hi Suzy, I’m Chris, I just wanted you to know I love couscous, sweet or savory. I highly recommend using fresh basil as it gives this dish a completely different feel then if you were to use the dried version.

Then it’s a simple matter of combining everything, giving it one more toss, and serving it up! all while enjoying a delicious, no-fuss Mediterranean salad. You can make this couscous salad the evening before if you like, toss it and keep it in the fridge in a tight lid container (hold the mozzarella cheese until you’re ready to serve.)
