The average adult should aim to consume at least 30g of fibre a day. When some of my good friends shared their love of the biscuit-cereal Weetabix to me, I knew I needed to investigate.

The British love their biscuits, and their cereals are no exception. Made from whole wheat, Weetabix are high in fibre and low in fat, sugar and salt. Plus, when eaten with milk, they have a low Glycaemic Index (GI) level, providing slow release energy throughout the morning.
