I started gymnastics when I was 11 years old and shortly after started this Youtube channel. This drill is a great drill to help avoid athletes from throwing the head back, shoulders back, andlifting the knees up too soon. Drills to transition cartwheel to roundoff for developmental gymnasts. I gave you guys my drills and tips for the skill, and they have all really helped me.
