Then I remembered I was eating Honey Nut Cheerios. Raw, unpasteurized honey would be a no-go because all unpasteurized things are a no-go, but regular honey like you buy in the store or things like Honey Nut Cheerios, there's no reason not to have them. If a food product makes you itch, i'd avoid it entirely until i'm convinced i don't have a food allergy. ?
